1.0
Purpose
To ensure that all relevant information
regarding the operation of the quality management system is conveyed to
executive management, so that appropriate decisions can be made concerning the
effectiveness and suitability of Quality Management System.
2.0
Scope
The scope of this procedure is all the section or department of an organization or the area mentioned in organization's scope.
3.0 Responsibilities
3.1 QMS
Team Leader is responsible for directing the organizational aspects of this
procedure. Other responsibilities are as indicated.
4.0 Process
4.1 Management review meetings are on 2 times ( you are free to set interval but must be at least once) in a year and following personnel
participate in the meeting.
4.2 Below person need to attend in the meeting.
Managing Director, Director,
COO, All Department Heads, QMS Responsible and all GPQ/RQS/CA Team Leader.
4.3 The meeting agenda includes:

The status of actions from previous management review
·
Internal audit result
·
Customer satisfaction and feedback
·
Performance and conformity of process, product and services
·
Nonconformity, corrective and preventive action status
·
Change in external and internal issues that are relevant to the
quality management system
·
QMS objective achievement review
·
The effectiveness of actions taken to address risk and opportunity
·
Performance and conformity of process, product and services
·
The performance of external providers assessment of external
providers performance
·
Recommendation for improvement, resource requirement and change
needed to QMS system
4.4 Meetings are chaired by the Managing
Director.
4.4 Minutes of the meeting are recorded and
distributed to committee members within 5 days of the meeting – Management Review Minutes.
4.5 The progress of actions arising from the review
is monitored to ensure effective implementation.
